General Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions also contain information about your legal rights in accordance with the rules on distance contracts and electronic commerce.
These terms and conditions apply to all deliveries of Knightfield Ltd to consumers (Consumer Rights Act 2015).

3. Inventory and Contract Completion
3.1 The presentation of the products in our online shop is not a legally binding offer,
but an invitation to place an order (errors excepted).
3.2 By clicking the button [Order] you place a binding order of the goods listed on the order page. The sales contract is completed once we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation after having received your order and having checked the availability of the ordered goods.
4. Right to cancel for consumers
You have the right to cancel the order at any time before the expiry of a period of fourteen working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving reason. However, this period won't start before all our information obligations laid down in the "The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013" have been fulfilled.
You may cancel by giving us notice in any of the following ways: by notice in writing which you leave at our address, by notice in writing which you send by post to our address, by fax to our business fax number, by e-mail to our e-mail address.
Unless agreed otherwise, you may not exercise the right of withdrawal in respect of contracts for the supply of goods made to your own specifications or clearly personalized.

Consequences of Withdrawal:
You must return any goods supplied if you cancel the contract. You have to be reimbursed for all amounts you have paid within thirty days after the supplier has received your notice of withdrawal.
5. Availability, Prices and Shipping
5.1 Unless expressly indicated as "binding offer", our offers are always non-binding and subject to prior sale, especially since the items offered on our website are in the possession of other companies. Errors excepted.
5.2 The prices mentioned on our product pages include import duty and V.A.T. (value added tax) if the delivery address is located within the European Union or the United States.
5.3 Worldwide shipping is free unless you are a retailer, architect or interior designer who enjoys our quantity discount.
5.4 In all cases not covered by 5.2 or 5.3 prices do not include import duty, VAT and shipping. The respective VAT would apply upon import of the rug into your country and possibly the respective import duty. We cannot inform you about the import duty of your country on our web pages but we will be glad to assist you in finding out about this.
Delivery takes between 4 to 8 working days unless otherwise stated in the the detailed product page.
